Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Absolutely great and pleasant place with courteous employees during check-out. Great location walk from bars and restaurants. And near the beach. Nice selection of bars and restaurants. Private parking nearby provided.

The room at Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu was luxurious and fabulous. We enjoyed a nice swimming pool on-site. the breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious food and drinks. the location was marvellous and unbeatable, just a short distance from Warisan Square.

Fantastic breakfasts, really kind staff.
Known hotel in a good area really close to the major attractions as well as airport. Helpfulness from the whole staff. Bright rooms, lovely interior. Particularly good view of the sea. Quick check in and late check out. Karaoke bar and nice pool. Great location with parking on site.

the location was great, hotel services was expedient and quick to respond, friendly and warm greetings, overall felt welcome and valued customer
we needed to call a doctor and they told us that it would be expensive for the doctor to do room service yet they did not provide adequate information or help in regards to finding a doctors surgery. i think for next time, staff should be aware of where a doctors surgery is and can provide enough information for customers to get to one.

The location is perfect.Also, the sea view (only available for delux room) is very nice too.
If there is free shuttle bus pick up service from the airport will be better. Also, they never reply me email since I wanted to check something with them before the trip starts. That kinda makes me worried about my hotel confirmation. But everything else was quite nice.
